Ghost writer for a Dental Book: "Dentistry is Dying"

My name is Ike (Dentist) and I’m looking for a ghost writer to write a book about dentistry titled “Dentistry is Dying”. I need the ghost writer to be experienced in the field of dentistry and understand why the profession may be declining. The book should be more than 75k-85K words catered towards educated people. There are challenges in the field and I can list them. It is up to you to do the research and write about the trends that are happening. There will be 7-10 chapters. I want to be able to insert my personal stories in the chapters and with you incorporating into your writing. The book should provide a comprehensive look into the current state of dentistry, highlighting the successes and challenges, and offer some possibilities for progress in the field. I have been in the field of dentistry for over 20 years and have seen what's going on and what's the trend like. So I can guide you in the right direction but you will need to do the research and document it in the book. Dental insurance: rates having been going down since the 70's 2. more regulations are reducing the profit margins 3. staff wages have gone up 4.
