Our company provides floorplans and site plans of existing properties for the purpose of real estate marketing. currently we attend the property onsite where we use a lazer measurer and grid paper to measure and draw the property to scale. from here we wish to be able to scan and send drawing to a skilled CAD user to have the drawing digitalised for print and web based advertising. We require the files in 3 formats, one hi-res file that is A4 in size this is for print and 2 low res files a gif and a jpeg at 800x600 for web advertising. Most of the houses we do will require a simple colour site plan along with the floor plan of the property indicating the borders and landscaping as a graphical representation of the property. In addition to the above due to short deadlines we need someone who can consistently turn this work around within a 24hr period.

Also, I draw a site plan checking location in Google Earth. Sample of that work you can check in my portfolio. My previous employer had stile like that but I can adopt your stile with no problems. Hi, I'll be happy to help. There is no need to have a sketch on scale as long as the measurements are sufficient and you take some photos. I can "tie" myself the dimensions - I have the software for that. In rare cases I could need some verifications on field. The good news are that you can send me the sketches in the afternoon and collect your drawings in the next morning - I will work when you sleep :) Best Regards, Nicolas
