Google TV ad using Flash

We have a flash template already built. Now we need to change the text and logos, and create a voice over. Then, we must be sure that the flash presentation is within the guidelines of Google TV, for distribution through their network. Therefore, there are two steps. 1. Somple text and voice over work for an already developed template. 2.
