Improve Asterisk2billing interface for DID Management

We need to improve the current admin interface of Asterisk2billing to manage the DIDs. We want: - Manage the DID by group - Create a group per customer to list all his DID, add one, delete one... - Get a reporting with the DID number used : DID Number Call Forward Number Date Time Call Duration Caller ID Number Call Answered 0870005555 0117052545 20 Sept 12 07:32 0m 24s 0117052345 yes - We will be able to generate reports based on the above information and group our DIDs according to customer groups with ability to add or delete. - For time period selected we will be able to generate reports and export to CSV, with the above headers. - Based on the new reporting format there will be a daily XML data feed, which I can get my developers to use to automate the reporting info into our system.
