Create Validation Copy of ASP.NET / SQL web site

Create a fully functional copy of an ASP.NET / SQL web site for testing / validation purposes. The test site should be located in a password protected sub-directory of the real site and should not be findable by people or search bots. A copy of the current SQL database should become the test database. The only difference between the test version and the real version will be that the test version will send all emails to specified test email account(s) instead of sending to the address that is specified in the database. The word "Test:" should be prepended to the beginning of the email subject and the real (if it were not a test) intended recipient's email address should be indicated at the top of the email. Experience with GoDaddy hosting is a plus. Note that this is a small project can be a demonstration of ASP.NET development skills.
