add thumbnail generator and filename generator for roxyfileman file browser and uploader

hello. i am using roxyfileman free file browser .NET for tinymce. i am not expert in .net. i need to add simple two feature for this code. 1) thumbnail generator: generate thumbnail while uploading images (not other files :). script only uploads original file. not generates thumbnail seperately. (i should to configure the dimensions from config file) 2) unique file name changer: script should be generate unique file name while uploading a file (it shouldbe configure enable or disable) you can use json configuration file for thumbnail and filename settings. i added [login to view URL] file (only this file do everything in all files) here is the link : [login to view URL]
