Simple Backup Software ^Urgent

I need simple backup software, the idea of this software is that the user of the pc will always have a dvd rw cd in his or her cdrom driver, the interface should be really really simple I have provide a pic on how it should look and work, on the left there should be a set back up time where the user can set what time it should automatically back up, in the middle the user should be able to select what folder they want to back up, under that there should be a bar displaying size it will take up on dvd rw cd, so user knows when to stop clicking on check marks, under that they will be a big button that states start back up and it would simply do a back up right there in front of them, after it finishes it should say finished and state lease leave the cd in tray if you have set back up time, and the softer should back up the date at set time, this should be really simply project
