Hello, and thanks for your consideration!
I'd like to give you a brief description of what I think you are asking for, for the sake of clarifying my understanding of the subject, as long as you know that I am capable of being taught to see things differently. (sorry... first bid...I'm a little nervous)
Now that's out of the way.
Persuasive writing, in my opinion, is an agreement, not a manipulation. When people are scrolling through their news feeds, and their eye catches something specific enough to hold their attention two things are happening.
1-We've created a rapport, and we both want to maintain it. The reader WANTS to have their attention held, and I want to hold it. That's where the storytelling and emotional bonding comes into play. As a writer, this is where things get dicey, but fun. When I'm writing the words after the headline is absorbed, I'm doing my level best to play telepath.
2-The clock starts clicking. Based on what I know of the average consumer I have less than 3 seconds to keep them engaged. If I bore them, or baffle them for any more than that I've lost them... Not ok.
Keeping the language fresh, relevant, and entertaining is what I do (or at least what I try to do). Walking the tightrope of wordplay and relevant content is a discipline that I desperately enjoy, and I feel I'm pretty good at. It's my hope that you feel so too, and we can work together to further your business.
And I get to keep having fun!
Thanks again!
Mike Rasmussen.
