Please confirm after uploading whether you would like the data to be visible on the website itself or you would like to download it on CSV or PDF file. I am familiar with Python, and I am able to achieve the service that you need. Previously, I have worked on parsing CSV files in different interesting ways, so this should be fairly textbook. I would like a more clear explanation of exactly what you want if I am chosen.

I can create a system offline or even an online system, which for example you upload your csv file and it generates automatically the final file as your requirements.
