hey guys i am starting a new web based agency to do everything from WordPress sties, plugins, apps, branding both on an offline, print media, ads for online promotions and branding, copyrighting,editorial, graphic design for both online an offline formats, mobile website builders and WordPress coders iam also looking for i pad, i phone and mac related people i am looking to assemble a team of great people who will share in what we all do, i am not looking to hire individuals, i am looking for team members,we get a job, we quote on the job, we get paid, we then share, obviously there are more particulars to work you but you get the concept, where i come in is i pay all initial outgoings and manage everything from my end pay the ongoing cost with running and managing a agency please understand you are not applying or a job you are being presented with one of the best opportunities you will most likely ever come across,and if we can get this formula right we all win this is a genuine profit share business where you don't have to outlay any money that's my job to outlay the money i am inviting anyone who loves what they do, i am not looking for people who have massive amounts of experience, you may have lots of experience but if you don't love what you do then you will not produce amazing work anyone who can contribute to this project is invited to apply, be warned my standards are very high and you will be tested thoroughly in all areas i really must stress the requirement to love what you do, because people are always better at what they love when responding to this add please place the words "i love what i do" in the first part of you r reply
