3D model characters for me in Blender

I need someone who can model me a character in Blender EXACTLY like the one's for this show: [login to view URL] Make sure the rig allows me to move the mouth, arms, joints, eyes, eyebrows, legs, feet, fingers, hair etc like that animation. The character that I attached below is what I need modelled and I can't stress this enough but I want it to look EXACTLY like that animation. Also when you send me the Blender file with the rig in make sure that all the lighting is set up and ready, just so I can pose the character, set up the camera, make the background transparent and render. Also to help me move the facial features could it have a slider on the side to help me do it? A bit like this Minecraft rig except it's obviously not Minecraft:[login to view URL] And once again, make the character rig EXACTLY like the one I linked above.
