Build a online crowd funding website for Chinese market

It is a crowd funding website. So it need be able to display the crowd funding project to user, maintain the users, made the transaction between online bank and our platform. It should follow MVC for design and driven by test in development. In order to save the time on develop the visual part, the backend of data transaction need to develop in separately, which is to provide API style of logic data layer. The final purpose is to have a visual in website and mobile app. However, mobile app is not very urgent at moment. It is a ongoing a project. So it would potentially continue hiring by following the timeline of the project planning. It would also get chance to be a permeant job either in China or in UK. Knowing Chinese would be a plus advantage.
