Unity - Wayfinder with hardcoded data

We require a UNITY based wayfinder for a client of ours who is into malls. Need a wayfinder without a CMS. The wayfinders will be installed on various kiosks throughout the mall. Software required only. Need to be able to integrate wayfinder into a website or an android app (tablet or bigger size screen) All data will be predefined and can come from an API (if required). Even the path can be provided by the API (if needed). There are 2 ways to do this: a) hardcode the map - locations will be sent via API. When a user clicks on a destination, our API will send you the path to be highlighted b) hardcode the map and each of the destinations from the kiosk locations. no need for API. each direction will be hardcoded. Requirements for Mall: 2 floors 2 buildings 140,000 sq ft per floor 20 kiosks 170 destinations We can provide a 3d map if needed, or you will be given CAD drawings for the same. Only those with previous experience in wayfinders will be looked at. Please send previous work on wayfinders for us to be able to see how the UI will turn out.
