I Need an IT CoFounder that Can Create iOS and Android Hybrid Apps like Listia & Freecycle under 1 Month

I need a cofounder in IT that can create two apps like Listia & Freecycle but with different color theme and better design, and there is a level up as well to those who win the bidding. The different between this apps are: 1. we are going to use our own homemade Cryptocurrency 2. Free like Freecycle no money or crypto needed I do not want to hear you say make crypto needs regulation permission etc. This is what we are going to make. People are going to pay for our crypto whether buying directly or through ICO. I want this to be created under 1 month. Those who wants money now do not apply to this.
