Develop/customize a chat script in C# and Java for Android

One functionality for my C# and Android application that I have is Text / Voice chat (no video), so I'm looking for a developer that has experience in developing chat scripts. - The chat is between a PC and an Android phone, through the net. (no browsers involved! So no PHP, Javascript, etc) - No need to connect to more conversation partners in the same time. - For testing, you can use LAN to connect desktop and phone; (in real world it should be able to connect through a server with known IP and port). Because of budget limitation, I don't mind if you start from an already existing chat-system script (like one that you developed yourself in the past), instead of developing it from scratch. So this job is more about customizing and enhancing an existing script and integrate it into the application, rather than actually developing it (of course, I don't mind if you write it from scratch, if you prefer to). I will provide the details about the basic features. You can ask anything that you need to know before starting. #### Deliverables #### The code for the two applications, with the text/voice chat functionality implemented. A list of the newly created files (classes, etc) and the ones modified.
