android and iOS website pointer

write a basic script for android and iOS that i can modify /compile to create serveral apps which simply is to be able to load a website which i specifiy in the code you create. i have a number of websites and want to write simple programs that can be downloaded from google play store and apple. once downloaded when the user clicks on it, it should load the website through the phones browser
