Android App Needed

*NOTE* PLEASE NOTE THE BUDGET FOR THE FIRST VERSION OF THE APP IS $100 (paid in 2 installments) , as there will be regular, continuous improvements on the app. *NOTE* BEFORE SELECTING YOU FOR THIS - YOU MUST PROVIDE A DEMO OF THE APP FOR VIEW Because of the nature of the business, we'd like to cooperate with an app developer for development and continuous improvement of an Android application. This app has 4 main things: -Save images from web by double tap - images saved to app -create account/ login / questionnaire -payment integration with paypal (3 different payment plans - 1 will be suggested depending on questionnaire answers) -chat function inside app
