android app to customize home screen

I need an app that will run as a service, and accomplishes the following: In its settings, user can select what appears on the first screen when the device starts up, such as phone dialler or calculator or whatever else he wants (instead of the main screen). Then the left swipe should be set to go to which ever app he wants (straight to the app, not the app icon), such as messages or skype. The right swipe should take him to the main screen with the usual icons, from where he can navigate as usual. He shoud be able to fill the main screen with the apps that he wants.
