Simple Stock Screener to get prices -- 2

Hi guys, need help to create simple stock screener Console Application preferably in C#. I need person who familiar with stock market. I got downloaded stock lists in CSV files NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE. I don't know how often stock list updated, so please if you have some information explain me. You need to know how to get data direct from web request, yahoo or google. *Algorithm will get symbol name from the lists above and get this to Yahoo or google delayed data to get OHLC prices and Volume for each stock for certain period no more than 10 days. Would be awesome if we can adjust days in program. For each stock LIST we will create separate text file so we will have 3 of them. In text file we going to store these values and stock symbol name, separated somehow, please provide some suggestions. I'm going to work with that data with my own algorithm. Please see example, there is just 3 stocks inside, as example. but generally its gonna be more than 3000 in each file. so 3 separated files for each exchange with stock data This will be used personally and on my desktop and I'd like to have all source code. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
