Full time Administrative Assistant position
Includes phone duties, data entry, customer service, and other general office responsibility
Prefer candidates with experience in order processing, inventory tracking, shipping
Familiarity with international business very helpful
Must be highly fluent in all MS Office programs and able to learn custom software interface
Comfortable with using Skype on a regular basis
Need to be able to work independently
Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00 but must be flexible based on company needs
$13 - $14 per hour start based on experience
