seeking an Admin Assistant to work with the Financial Director on a p/time basis (flexible role, eg. 3 days/week) This is a varied & challenging role. Would suit an experienced person. As part of a small team, you will need to prioritize your workload, get involved, do what is required, be proactive & be a team player. Good verbal & communication skills required. To be successful in this role, you will need 2 yrs experience in accounting software (eg. XERO/MYOB) & proficient across Microsoft Excel & Word. Duties will include (but not limited) to: - Employee Payroll / Super & record keeping. - Accounts Receivable / Payable - Bank Reconciliations - Bookkeeping - Budgeting - Banking & Mailing Duties - Telephone answering.

My working experience using Xero system and admin task includes: - Bookkeeping using Xero system which included day to day transactions - Entering conversion balances, setting chart of accounts and tax code - Bank reconciliation - cash coding and setting up of bank rules - Uploading csv files /uploading invoices or receipts in Xero - Invoicing, sending invoices, posting/applying of payments, chasing and sending of reminder to past due accounts - Creating bills, attach documents, processing of batch payments - Multi-currency accounts - Financial Reporting - Add-ons - Shopify, Stripe, AIB, Amazon, Paypal, Afterpay, Unleashed, BigCommerce, Receipt bank/Dext, Hubdoc, WHMCS, Office 365 - Knowledgeable in Excel, Google sheets, Dropbox, Evernote, Workflowmax, Pivot Table - Order Processing - Virtual assistant duties like email management, calendar management, preparing monthly reports, basic SEO updating, Wordpress and other admin duties.
