Asterisk and MS SQL String Retrieval and Playback

I have an inhouse Asterisk (trixbox 2.2 CE) phone system. I also have a 2003 Windows Enterprise web server with SQL 2005 installed running on it. I have a database with a list of permits in it. PermitID (autonumber), First Name, Last Name, Address. I want a person to be able to call into my phone system and be prompted by the phone system to ask for the permit ID. Once the user enters the permit ID, a QUERY I sent to the windows server to retrieve the record where the permit ID’s match. Asterisk then reads the string of data back to the user over the phone. I want documentation showing what change and software is setup on both servers to make this happen, along with any code and scrpt changes. I want to use this as a learning experience so I can continue to tweak these changes and further incorporate them into my application as needed. I would like to first see a working example on your system that I can test, and then I will provide access on my systems for you to install and get working. For payment, it must work on my system and I must have decent documentation showing what code and software installations were made. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
