Design 2 web pages to be used as templates

I need 2 XHTML/CSS pages designed that I can use as templates for our web application and sales site. Specifically: 1) First page will be used as a template for us to make pages for potential customers coming to our site looking for information about our web application. 2) Second page will be used as a template for us to make the pages for our web application. This will be for existing, logged in customers only. These 2 pages should be very closely related. All colors, fonts, form elements, etc. should be the same on both pages. Navigation, however, should be different and should be handled differently on the 2 pages. Meaning that if Text Links in a top banner is used in the first page then tabs should be used in the second page, for example. (This is not a requirement, just an example.) When someone is logged in I want to hide the main navigation and only show the web application navigation. I will also want an example CSS styled form, including layout of the form elements, input, textarea and submit button styles. Submit buttons should have an unclicked and clicked look to them. This can just be included on one of the two pages. Overall design should be clean, minimal and professional. I will give you a link to our logo to use but everything else is up to you. To be clear, I am looking for actual XHTML/CSS pages, not photoshop mockups.
