CSV Parser in VB .NET Asynchronous / Threaded Programming

This is a simple project, we require a simple CSV File Parser that will extract around 80000 items from a CSV file and insert each row into a Microsoft Access Database using Loops in VB.NET and SQL. Each row in the CSV file has a Product Name, Product Barcode and Quantity. They are Seperated by a Pipe character " | " Each item in the row has 11 columns, each parsed item must be inserted into the corresponding column in the Access Database. Each new row is separated by a carriage return and a line feed between each record. For each item in the row, insert the item into the column in a Microsoft Access Database. You will be provided with the CSV File and also the Source Code for the current project. When the clicks Start Import, the Progress Bar should show the current status and the GUI must not lock-up while the transfer takes place. The parser must not break if there are null fields it should skip any row it fails to read and continue with the next row. It should be able to handle any parsing exceptions.
