Database stocking

I need a database for warehouse stocks in excel and VB (Macro). Overall, I need: *Userform for add/edit/delete/view and search data where theuserform will be accessed via button in main menu in excel *Backup Data everymonth *Filtering based on period date and a few other sorting (such as based on project's name, incoming and outgoing products) *Database will be excel (compatible with 97-2000) *Structured and simple Macro so I can view it later to change little things (such as titles, heading, text, etc). *Guidance notes to show how to change small things (further detail is attached in file) Please read my notes carefully. It is pretty detail so it may look a lot of texts but for those who are good in database, they will find this detail helpful. If you DON'T think you can do it, please do not bid because you are wasting my time. The money will be paid after all requirement is fullfilled and it works well.
