million dollar smile is looking for full time call center representatives. Ideal candidates must be extremely organized, motivated and dependable with excellent communication and computer skills. Job Title: Call Center Representative Location: Work From Home Timing: Monday To Friday 7AM to 4PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME ( PST) Salary: $225-$250 USD Gender: Male & Female Job Nature: Permanent Industries: Oral Care/ Skin Care Responsibilities: Call center phone representative-responding to customer's questions and requests. Including point of call processing. Should be able to handle interactions regarding routine service administrative questions with guidance. Provide superior, quality customer service for inbound calls Assist ticket buyers with general queries and tickets Provide knowledgeable answers to achieve first call resolution – training to be provided Be a valuable member of our team Requirements: - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook - Must be able to type 35+ words per minute - Call Center experience is highly desired (3 Months) - Proficient with internet browsers, email, Google docs, and voice mail - Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and problem solve
