Audio Translation Viatnamese to English

I am looking for someone to translate an audio file of approx 12.5 minutes from Vietnmaese to English. This is for call monitoring purposes only so does not require certification. I would require the conversation to be transcribed and sent by email as a document to read in conversation format. I do not want price per word - the price would need to be for the total file. I am looking for a 1 day turnaround.
