Design in Flash

I write training programs in the Automotive field and I'm looking for a freelancer to help create images and animations for automotive training. Most images would be automotive related such as engines, engine parts, etc. The courses I create also need to be translated from English to French. The translator should have a working knowledge of powerpoint and video editing using screen flow.
