Android Application Submission to the Baidu Chinese Market - repost

We have created a fairly successful Android application and have submitted it to Google Play, SlideMe, GetJar, Amazon, and others here in the states. Unfortunately, these markets don't have a very large share of Chinese Android users. We would like to submit our application to the Baidu Chinese Application market. I believe the page we're trying to do that through can be found here: [login to view URL] I've tried using online translation tools, but there are some interpretations that simply don't make any sense. It also appears I need some kind of Chinese phone number for confirmation which I don't have. The things we need help with are the following: We need a translation of our application's description, which I will provide in English; A successful submission of our application to Baidu; Successful uploads of all the metadata that go along with uploading an application (screenshots, iconography, etc); Explanation of any other tasks we need to take care of before a successful application to the Chinese market. After we've confirmed some sort of contract, I will send whoever is going to help us the necessary files. I will also be available all day (US CST) if they have any questions for me.
