I have to be able to take data from a file and store it in the program. Then after I read the data from the file I need to be able to put it into a matrix or set of matrices. Then the data format should have the month number listed across the top of the file, and when outputting to the screen or file the data should have the bill types listed down the side and the month numbers across the top. Once the data has been read in there should be a 6 % sales tax added and should only use whole dollar amounts and don't worry about the change. When displaying data on screen or in a file just show totals for the amounts spent on each bill and the total amount spent each [login to view URL] the data from a file. When the program runs, the data from the file should display to the screen, formatted and updated appropriately as described above. Below the data, display a menu with these options Add Another Month,Display Most Expensive Month, Exit Program. Have ability to add more months of information. If first menu option selected, I should be able to enter values for each of the bills for the next month (accept only positive integers). Once a new month has been entered, redisplay the table with the new data values in the correct places and with updated totals. Redisplay the menu also. If most expensive month is chosen, determine which month was most expensive, then output the data from that month with column headers and total. Redisplay the menu. output the updated table to a file and then exit.
