a simple bus route app for iOS based on a site to demo for conference

I need a simple iOS app that is not to go to apple store. THIS IS FOR IN HOUSE USE ONLY. the website is already built to demonstrate what it will need to do. i will not reply to this generic bid that says yes we are good for this job and list your skills. all i care about is if you can do the job for the [login to view URL] so i will give you the site to look at but the app will need to have the following - need to update the DB - need to get the info from DB for driver name, route no and stops - if no wireless signal then save locally and then sync when wireless is available - must be able to get it deployed using MDM - must have a url for getting settings, data, etc because there are multiple campuses and don't want the uptown campus to see the mid town drivers and routes
