app for mac and ipad to connect devices for remote output

We are looking for a mac/ipad developer. we need a simple app which runs as a service on a mac os and will be connected to an ipad or another mac. some information will be shown on connected ipad/mac. ipad-app/client-mac will only show some special screen output from mac service app. (not a copy of the service mac screen) connection needs to be done through: mac -> ipad: usb connection, bluetooth or wifi mac -> mac: usb connection, bluetooth, wifi or wired lan full source code and 100% copyright will be given to us. more details on PMB please send skills and references by PMB thanks in advance
