Canadian Facebook Likes Only

I require 750 Canadian only facebook likes for a facebook page just recently set-up. Please note the terms below to bid on this project: 1. All likes must be actual/real people with facebook pages (no fake accounts or black hat techniques). 2. There cannot be any accounts at risk of being suspended in the near future, meaning - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! 3. All likes MUST NOT BE FANS, FOLLOWERS OR VIEWERS WITH ILLEGAL, PORNOGRAPHIC, HATE OR RACIST CONTENT ON THERE PAGE. 4. All likes/fans must be Canadian 5. A bonus can be paid for likes by real people who are from the printing and publishing industry or who are interested by the printing and publishing industry. 6. Fans must be 25 years of age or older (to a maximum of 70 years old) 7. All likes/fans must have a minimum of 15 friends and have content on there page. 8. All fans should have a status which shows they are active on facebook 9. Good invitation practices must be followed, any results which cause a facebook ban on the page will result in failure to provide the services requested and payment will NOT be completed. You must abide by Facebook's terms & conditions. (No partial payment for incomplete work.) 10. Fan accounts that are deleted / suspended / penalized / banned must be replaced within 24 to 48 hours. 11. Please include the estimated timeline to complete the above work. 12. This project is for a delicate client, they do not want it to be public knowledge this is how the facebook likes were achieved. The url of the page must be kept private after the completion of work and cannot be advertised or in the public domain as to how they achieved the likes. 13. Payment terms are as follows, upon the first 250 likes 1/3 of the payment will be made, the next 250, 1/3 again and the balance on achieving 750 total.
