Garage and Patio roof addition to existing home. I want to add a shop aprox 20x26 behind my garage. And add a covered patio and small deck off my Breakfast nook. Vaulted ceilings in garage because of future car lift. A few high windows for light and air. Will eventually be heated. Rear facing garage door to the lawn for easy access I am open to converting the deck area into a 3 season room and changes to the covered porch. I would like to minimalize the remodeling of my 5 year old house. I could not figure out how to make the roof lines look good. Issues I want the largest garage/shop possible on my small lot Wife does not want to look at it She in concerned about view out of sliding doors She wants a multi season room To the right of the existing breakfast nook is a egress window for a basement room. I was told in needed architectural drawings to get variance and permits
