Office Space - Interior design with Working diagram (1200 Sqft)

Office space should be designed based on following requirements. Looking for comfortable, trendy office space design. Execution should be minimal and economical. Requirements: Requirements: 1 Looking for one 6 seater conference room with projector facilities 2. 20 workstations (can be two sectional area with 10 workstations each) 3. Front desk -reception area ( very minimal space) 4. Passage for restroom 5. Wall and ceiling designs (Wallpaper or painting) (We don't want to go for false ceiling - hence an alternate approach needed to bring down cost) 6. Coffee and snack machine area 7. Small server room 8. Printer area Expected outcome: 1. 3D modeling with 3D rendered output. 2. Detailed Working diagram of all above points (Autocad 2D output) 3. Cost Estimation with BOQ 4. 5 samples of designs based on approved floor plan and unlimited correction on chosen design. 5. All 5 Samples should be presented in powerpoint with rough estimation and time of completion of work. The detailed drawing with cost estimation should be given for finalized design. Milestone payment structure: 1. Sample finalization: Five 3D interior sample designs should be presented in powerpoint with rough estimation within 2 days of awarding project. -- 15% will be awarded for this milestone. All five should be unique and distinctive. 2. Sample approval: Presented samples will be approved within 1 day of submission with any changes/comments for chosen design. --15% will be awarded for this milestone 3. Detailed drawing: Detailed drawing should be presented for every item in approved design. CAD file should be converted into PDF for presentation - 30 % of final value will be awarded for this milestone. Milestone 3 and 4 should be completed in one-day post sample approval 4. Cost Estimation - Estimated cost of labor and materials should be presented as per Cpwd standards or Indian scenarios. 30% of final value will be awarded for this milestone. Milestone 3 and 4 should be completed in one-day post sample approval 5. Final 3d RENDER & Detailed Drawing: Final 3D render and detailed drawing should be shared post resolving corrections if any. Remaining 10% of the final order value will be awarded as milestone payment. Note: Please read above requirements and kindly go through attached pictures and plans before sharing proposal. Also, Only Proposals with portfolio will be considered.
