Design - Glass/Plastic curtain wall buildings

To be accepted for this position you are required to hold a Degree or equivelent in Building Architecture / Engineering and have at least 5 years professional experience having worked on multi story structures from the design stage through to the construction stage. BOHR are currently working on a large development project located in Freetown, Sierra Leone (West Africa) and have the need for experts to design our high-rise apartment, high-rise offices, sports center, restuarants, hospital/medical facilities, shopping centers etc. The Following Building Designs are required; Shopping Mall/Office Building x1 Hospital/Medical Facility x1 Sports Center x1 University x1 Primary/High School x1 Apartment Building x3 Restaurant x2 Marina x1 Total - 11 Designs The designs are to be full and complete technical drawings and working drawings to international standards (ISO). you will also be required to design the interior layout of the buildings. The designs must include all services such as water, electrical, etc etc.. 3D renderings are to also be provided for the interior and exterior. The buildings are to be designed for construction with steel and Glass/Plastic curtain walling. You will be required to show examples of your previous work of similar projects to be awarded this project. Your bid will include unlimited changes until BOHR are happy the design meets all requirements and is then signed off, by bidding on this project you agree that incomplete designs will not be charged for. Further discussions and details will be provided to the Architect/Engineer awarded with this project.
