Hello, I would like to put myself forward for your documentation position. I'm based in Australia and have nearly a decade of experience as an architectural technician, operating on Archicad. I have extensive experience with all levels of documentation from schematic through to contract, including interior details, as well as presentation renders and visualisations. As my project portfolio is here in Australia you can be confident in my ability to adhere to australian documentation standards and best practices, and that I can produce a clear and functional set of documents for your projects. I have been using Archicad since version 10, and have an active licence for versions 12 through to current. I can operate independently or I can work on your BIM server if you have one set up. I'm available as required, and can start immediately. I'm happy to work per hour if that's what you prefer, I can also quote you a fixed price on a per project basis if you would prefer to work to a fixed budget.
