CBT Software and Animation Project

Need someone who has the appropriate skills as follows : 1. Able to work alone 2. Good idea of design, flow and overview of how the end project must look like with corporate colors (to be determined later) 3. Good english skills for communications 4. Able to deliver project on time 5. Able to do research as required to complete project with minimal guidance from us 6. Aerospace knowledge is an asset 7. Engineering skills a must 8. Project to be delivered based on FLASH 9. All source codes, rights, etc.. etc... to be handed over to us Project : Need someone who will be able to develope / re-develope the CBT and animations as attached on the notepad file. 1. You must complete the entire CBT as per link 2. Refinement and revision will be required with additional information such as text and pictures in addition to the link provided 3. You must send us a copy of your past project for review on your skills 4. Delivery to be no later than 2 weeks a. Anyone not able to conform to the above will be ignored b. Anyone "stating" I can do it will be ignored c. Anyone bidding without samples will be ignored Long term working relationship is possible. Thanks for the interest!
