Reporting to the Managing Director, the primary role of the Consultant is to source candidates for large open positions in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The role furthermore includes identifying partnership opportunities for the Firm, managing key client relationships, and working closely with the Managing Director to actively secure the organization’s long-term growth by setting and implementing strategic goals for the Firm.
Duties Include:
Sourcing
• Performing full-life cycle recruiting (sourcing, pre-qualifying, interviewing, assessing, extending/negotiating offers), managing the interview process, and providing clients with a consultative approach to solving their talent acquisition needs;
• Researching and developing sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality talent and build a pipeline for future needs, and utilizing alternative sourcing methods to attract a professional and diversified workforce;
• Developing competitive intelligence (hiring practices, salary information, layoffs, etc.) and leverage that information to develop a pool of talent;
• Fostering and maintaining effective working relationships with peers to collaborate, support the accomplishment of recruiting goals, and provide high quality services to clients.
Business Development
• Defining and developing the long-term strategic goals for business development, in line with the Firm’s overall strategic context;
• Identifying new partnership opportunities that enhance and promote the Firm’s mission and vision statements;
• Analyzing the progress of partnership goals and making recommendations for adjustments, as required;
• Identifying opportunities for both business development and the development of the Firm’s services;
• Actively managing key relationships with existing and prospective clients;
• Working closely with all team members, as required, on the delivery of quality services;
• Providing overall project management for ongoing partnership initiatives;
• Attending meetings, as required;
• Undertaking other tasks, as assigned.
I have experience in Recuiting Cycles and Generating Pipeline, working for multinational companies
I am also familiar with strategic goals design and following up from a manager perspective, and conducting projects into correct expectations
