Add Push Notification to an iPhone rss reader project (App)

-Explanation : I want an ios rss reader project , I have sample rss reader app , but I have problem with the server side for the push notification , I want when I write new post in my site ( or when new rss is available) , I want the push notification is showing for the user who has app even if the app is closed . my site is use wordpress . - I can give you the xcode project to complete the other work . - ?example of free app same to what I want : [login to view URL] ......................... -Requirements : *The FreeLancer should be able to do this in project : 1-Add the thumbnail to each rss feed . 2-Push notification for new rss feed even if the app is closed . - " Please note " : The new freelancers not allowed to award this project, because I tried many new free lancers who said they can do it but then I lost my time & they can't do it this project .
