create ms sql ce chainging MSI

I currently have a product that requires MS SQL CE to be installed. I've tried including ms sql ce as part of my standard install MSI and on 64 bit windows computers it doesn't do the 64-bit chaining. MS SQL CE installs on 64-bit machines require that the 32-bit files be chained as well. I'm looking for someone to create an MSI for me that just installs MS SQL CE, but does so with the chaining so it installs properly on 32 bit and 64 systems.
