Dear Sir or Madam, We are currently in the midst of developing BestEstimate.com. Our current programmers are far behind schedule, and we unfortunately may have to consider replacing them with another firm in order to get this project completed promptly and professionally. We will be making a decision as to whether we will switch on Friday, February 25th. Our current working production document is available by request. 2,500 is the max bid that we could placed due to your budget setting. You do have a very clear and detail spec but it take more than that to deliver a project. A project of your scale will required a sizeable team who accustomed to big scale development, systematic structured development approach and centralised project management, that will make or break your project.
