Craigslist posting software

I'm looking to have a software built that will post real estate ads to craigslist in the HOUSING section. It must also be able to post into any of the real estate sections as well as the Real Estate and Financial categories under "SERVICES". It will need to be able to post both with an existing CL account as well as anomonous posting using just an email. In addition, it will need to have a section in the software that will auto save for each posting created with its own unique email for posting it. And the ability to change or edit each posting. This section will also need to ability to have photos of the property/home uploaded into it for another upload onto CL in that section. A physical address will need to be added in the post to pass to CL address for mapping purpose with a PAUSE at the mapping part that will the user to move the tag to the proper place on the CL map. Then it will need to be able to post selected ads only when the user wishes post one or more and to repost. It would be nice to have a selection that would allow an open instance of the software to repost automatically any selected ads every 50 hours. This software does not violate craigslist TOU since it is not use for spam etc, but rather the same ads users post now to sell or rent property etc.
