cURL Programmer Needed please read

I have a script already done. However my hosting provider will NOT edit the PHPinfo settings on the server due to security risks. i need this option to be added allow_url_fopen to On allow_url_include to On but as i stated they wont do this for me. I have been informed that there can be another way around this by recoding some of the script to cURL Does anyone know how to do this, or can point me in the right direction. website is [login to view URL] let me know Thanks mike
