Create Two Similar Webstores

We are in need of a developer/designer for two webstores which will be very similar in appearance, but sell different products. Layout should be very simple and clean, yet professional. We have a specific layout design which will comprise of a simple mainpaige which has 1) an area at the top which has the company logo (we already have this) and some contact information and below this: 2) An introductory paragraph and below this: 3) a list of 20 or so products which will have a small/medium size picture and a brief writeup on the product. Each product will have a link to it's own page which has a large picture, detailed description, and "buy now" or "add to cart" button. This page should also have some sort of logo proclaming "secure payment". I believe this are obtained from the ecommerce solutions provider. Ecommerce should be integrated with Elavon ([login to view URL]). I am not sure whether they provide a shopping cart (didn't see anything on the website about it). The immediate goal is to have a basic frame for the webpage. This will include "1" and "2" from above. Later, you will be provided with a list of products to put on the page. And if your work is satisfactory, we will use you as business increases and we add more and more products to the page.
