Create A PHP Virtual World Mascot Tracker

We are looking for a system the "Tracks" a mascot or player on a virtual world called "Club Penguin". The "Tracker" will be able to automatically locate where the player is in the game and update an image with the location. A PHP system, which will login to Club Penguin (A virtual online game) - created using Flash. When the penguins that have been created to login to Club Penguin automatically, have been put into one of the files, the system then login's to the several penguins and searches the different servers and subsequently the different languages in the different rooms, for a certain Club Penguin Mascot (the system gets told what the penguin ID is and then it searches for it). Once the Mascot has been located, it will automatically send a tweet to a certain Twitter Account saying something like: "#Mascot has been located on the server #Server in the #Room. Go to #SiteLink for more info." and will also update an image with the Mascot's location.
