Assist in Programming New CMS Website Design Ektron Software

We are in preliminary talks with one of our existing clients to create a new corporate CMS website. They are currently utilizing the Ektron CMS Software for their current websites and would like us to design a site within that structure. I need someone that has experience in that software to help assist us in programming the site that WE DESIGN for them. We will create the design and You (Programmer) will implement all the functionality that is required to make it work. It might take a while before this project starts but I need to get a team together to complete this project. Quoting phase might go past the 60 day limitation that [login to view URL] allows. As you can see by my past project record, I pride myself on running complete and thorough projects. Depending on the cost of this project I would like to split the project up in 3 payments. 1 to initiate the project, the 2nd comes once we have a 80% completed product and the 3rd and final payment once the website is completed. Please do not ask for early payment. Project is considered completed once I get a sign-off from MY client. I've been known to pay programmers additional to complete jobs on time or ahead of projected deadlines. So I'm saying if you complete the job on time and do a thorough job of what has been asked, I have no problems rewarding the programmer with more than what was quoted to me. I have phone conference with the client this Friday. Any idea of cost and necessary questions that I can ask of the client before we start will be both beneficial to winning project.
