I am looking for upto ten sites to be created. In first place I am asking for one site to be bid with further work to be expected by successful bidder, on similar database driven sites. Owner will provide these. Proven site archetecture will be used. Bidder to create/provide on page graphics and company branding. Bidder to provide on page copy. Bidder to provide dynamic content - RSS feeds. Bidder to provide all seo requirements, internal link strategy, inbound link density, Expansion of new pages within database driven system will be easily achived by owner after delivery. Bidder to provide one year ongoing SEO maintenance and fine tuning within price. Pages shall be demonstrated to be "valid" code in accordance with W3. Accepting that RSS feeds and other dynamic content solutions will affect actual validity. Bidder will take responsibility for SEO performance as follows. 80% of pages are to achieve top twenty free listings on google, MSN, yahoo after nine month of being initially launched.
