Database Driven Content Management Website

Coder/Designer needed to create a database driven content management real estate website. We currently have a an Access 2000 database with 5 main tables and 15 to 20 lookup tables which has information on new homes for sale in different communities of our metro area. I have created a website at [login to view URL], however it is static and hard to update as well as not very professional looking. I do not know much about programming so any suggestions are appreciated. We want a robust site that looks and performs like a professionally coded and designed website. ALL BIDDERS SHOULD SUBMIT SAMPLE WEBSITES THEY HAVE CREATED AND INCLUDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF HOW THE WEBSITE WILL WORK AND WHAT PROGRAMS/LANGUAGES THEY WILL USE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. WE WOULD PREFER A TEAM TO A SINGLE CODER. We need a website that will: 1. Allow company and non-company users with different security levels to search, sort, add, edit, delete and display, print or email results of property database in various reports. 2. Save information regarding which pages each customer user has accessed. 3. Allow some company users to search, sort, add, edit, delete and display, print or email results of customer database in various reports. 4. Use a security system that will allow certain users to access certain features and pages as well as to protect the website and the data. The basic requirements are to: 1. Create employee and Customer databases. 2. Convert the property database we have from Access to MS SQL (if necessary). We do not want to purchase additional software, however would like to ensure fast search capability. 3. Modifications may need to be made to the property database to ensure that it operates smoothly to meet our needs. 4. Create a flash intro page. 5. Create an appealing, crisp, easy to use web design. 6. Develop and test the website. 7. Place the website and databases on our host&'s server. 8. Provide us with 6 months of support including minor modifications. 9. We should be able to edit pages using Dreamweaver MX. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
