Audio/ video Facebook App. Red5, Flash, Facebook Experts

Hi, need a facebook App to do this. 1. a user will see a video. 2. will then click 'record' & start talking/ syncing while the video is playing without sound 3. After recording he can choose 4-5 effects like a chimp, robot, woman, etc (should be software driven) 4. add a background score (select from 4-5 tracks) 5. save the video to their computer/ upload video to you tube (by signing into their account from the App) or upload to their facebook video album & post it to their facebook wall. 6. create a gallery of user created videos with a 'like' button under each video Only experts please. You should have experience with Flash, Red5 & SOX (for effects) or similar technologies for audio/ video streaming & sound effects. To know you read this, please answer 3+8=?
